Magic Bot

Apple and Facebook have teamed up to introduce an Apple Music bot on Facebook Messenger that would present song recommendations and playlists to users. When a user sends an emoji to this bot on Messenger, it sends them back related songs and playlists. Only those users who have subscribed to Apple Music will be able to use this new feature; those who have not, can only listen to 30- second clips of songs on Messenger. Users can also search for songs and stream songs on the app by typing the song title, name of the singer, genre, etc. Facebook Messenger now also has a chat extension for Apple Music that allows users to share clips of songs directly in their chats.
