In 2005, it entered the real estate business by acquiring 14 acres

Demerged the group into three businesses in 2006 – Housing finance, real estate and securities/broking

In 2015, Indiabulls Securities changed its name to Indiabulls

Ventures (IVL) for getting into new businesses like real estate broking, consumer finance and ARC

Today, IVL Finance, a 100 per cent unit of IVL, accounts for 46 per cent of the group’s revenues; it has a book size of
