A. Never let go of something because you are afraid of failing. Unless you take that risk, you will never know if it has worked or not. Never be scared of taking another risk after failing.

A. Developing a robust leadership pipeline and hiring the right team are key challenges. It is difficult to assess if professionals have people skills, leadership capabilities, business breadth and global diversity sensibilities.
Q. Your best teacher in business
A. It’s my father. He has given me the will to challenge life. He is the only person I can go to when I am just about to give up on something or accept something that I am not too happy about. The discussion excites me and I am back in the game.

A. A clear vision of what you want to accomplish. Then there is passion. The best leaders exhibit boundless energy and passion in what they do.
