UP GOVT ORDERS ARREST OF 8 BUILDERS

In a major step to help homebuyers in Noida get possession of booked flats, a group of ministers, set up by the state government, has asked the police to arrest eight builders for not delivering a total of 5,000 flats to homebuyers. Noida off icials refused to name these builders. In September, the state police had lodged 13 FIRs against six builders with projects in Noida and Greater Noida.
