WHAT: Conference on "World Entrepreneurs' Day" WHEN: August 21, New Delhi WHAT TO LOOK FOR: The Global Entrepreneurship Index has placed India at the 68th spot, the country's best ranking so far. The conference will discuss various programmes, schemes and incentives announced and set up by the concerned ministries at the Centre and the states for developing start-ups and encouraging entrepreneurship.
