FIAT CHRYSLER CEO PASSES AWAY

Sergio Marchionne, the turnaround expert who had led the revival of Fiat and Chrysler, passed away a week after he stepped down from the top job at Fiat Chrysler Automobile­s, Ferrari and CNH Industrial due to medical issues. He was 66. Marchionne was at the helm of the Italian-American automaker for 14 years. Mike Manley, who had led the company’s Jeep and Ram brands, took over as FCA chief.
