CANADA SAYS YES TO CANNABIS

Canada has become the second country to legalise recreational cannabis after Uruguay did it in 2013. It will give the legal weed industry a massive head start in a global market estimated at $150 billion. Medical marijuana has been legal in Canada since 2001, but the first lot of cannabis companies did not list on Canadian exchanges until about four years ago. After that, about 140 pot companies went public, with a combined market value of over $48 billion.
