NETFLIX ADDS 6.96 MN USERS IN Q3

Netflix is growing faster than what Wall Street predicted, pushing its stratospheric stock even higher. The world’s largest paid online TV network added 6.96 million users in the third quarter, taking its global total to 137.1 million. The 21-year-old company says it is planning to add a total of 28.9 million customers this year. Its prolonged success as one of the best-performing stocks will also give it leeway to spend billions of dollars more on original programming.
