• There are many resellers across the country, and some of them operate on e- commerce sites like Amazon and Flipkart.

• Import from markets such as China and the US. The customer has to take approval from the DGCA and the DGFT. It requires submission of documents such as purpose of import, specifications of drone/s, pro forma and equipment type approval ( typically provided by the importer). Directly importing is slightly less expensive than buying from resellers.

• Buy it from a local manufacturer, but locallymade drones are not geared for general consumers; they are built for industrial use.
