IBC CASES FALL DUE TO COVID EXEMPTION
The number of cases admitted for Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) showed a sharp fall in H1FY21 (161 cases) compared with H1FY20 (889 cases)
This is due to suspension of fresh bankruptcy proceeding for defaults due to Covid-19 disruption
