ZONE BY THE PARK OPENS IN JODHPUR

The Park Hotels has launched its second property in Rajasthan — Zone By The Park, Jodhpur. Before this, it opened in Jaipur.

The Park Hotels is India’s homegrown hospitality chain of luxury boutique hotels, and Zone By The Park is its “mid-market Indian hospitality” brand.

The 90-key property, dressed in orange and turquoise furnishings, includes facilities such as a gift shop, and work and gaming zones.

Vijay Dewan, the managing director at Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels said,“We are extremely delighted to launch our second property in Rajasthan, especially in Jodhpur as it is a discerning tourist’s destination with a reflection of history. The hotel is designed to meet the requirements of the price-conscious, design-conscious urban traveller. Witnessing the success of Zone Jaipur, we are confident that this hotel will play a key role in strengthening the brand. We are certain that the hotel will appeal to customers with its design and format.”

Zone By The Park is 6km from the city’s airport and 3km from the railway station, and the popular attractions are within a 9km radius from the hotel.

All three room categories — Zone Room, Zone Deluxe and Zone Luxe — are equipped with a tea/coffee maker, HD television, minibar, and iron and ironing board. Wifi is free throughout the property.

The hotel’s website describes its multicuisine restaurant — Bazaar — as a “round the clock cafeteria services to lift your spirits, [it] can have live bands, standup comedy shows, music performances, impromptu jigs, [and] flash dance too”.

Urban Spice Box is Zone Jodhpur’s eatery for Indian grills and Z Bar is where guests can unwind with a mix of cocktails.

For large gatherings, there is a 1,208 sqm lawn. The three indoor halls have capacities to hold 69, 100 and 250 delegates each. The business zone includes a tea/coffee maker, 42-inch television and a reference library.

For recreation, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a gym.

Zone by The Park is present in Coimbatore, Jaipur, Chennai, Raipur, and Bengaluru. Before the end of 2020, it will launch in Puducherry, Igatpuri and Goa.
