JAMES HENDERSON

James Henderson has written about the Caribbean for the past 30 years, in guidebooks, online and in the national press, but predominantly for e Financial Times and its luxury magazine How To Spend It. He has also competed in some of the world’s most demanding multi-sport challenges, including Eco-Challenge and the Marathon des Sables. He recently visited New Zealand to race the Coast to Coast (bike, kayak and run). He writes about Barbados on page 52.
