TYPHOON SHELTER
Typhoon Shelter, Mumbai’s recently launched oriental-themed restaurant is inspired by Hong Kong’s renowned typhoon shelter (a refuge for fishing boats during typhoons). MUSTARD
Opened in July, Mustard brings together the flavours of Bengali and French food, by using a single ingredient-Mustard. Set up by Shilpa Sharma and Poonam Singh, this restaurant highlights the culinary culture of Bengal in addition to combining the taste of east and the west.
