VISITBRITAIN/VISITENGLAND COLLABORATES WITH EXPERIENCES ON AIRBNB TO BOOST LOCAL TOURISM

VISITBRITAIN/VISITENGLAND has announced a collaboration with Airbnb to boost local-led tourism experiences in the region. is £500,000 match-funded partnership targets both domestic as well as international travellers.

As a part of this tie-up, Airbnb’s Experiences platform o ers handcra ed activities, local-led workshops, trips to the hidden jazz club with a local musician in Peckham, London, and trekking with llamas in the Yorkshire Moors. Additionally, this collaboration also aims at getting more young Brits to take a short break at home.

To further boost this project, VisitBritain/VisitEngland and Airbnb will organise a series of free regional workshops across Britain during March and April.
