Thomas Cook launches contactless payment feature on prepaid Forex cards

THOMAS COOK INDIA has announced the launch of Contactless Payment, an added benefit to its existing prepaid forex cards.

Based on radio-frequency identification (RFID) or near-field communication (NFC), contactless payment enables consumers to purchase products and services, with just a tap. The tap-and-go feature valid on Thomas Cook’s Borderless Prepaid card and Onecurrency card is expected to speed up the transaction process for both the consumers and the merchant.

The contactless payment process involves users to tap his/her card near a point-of-sale terminal and the transaction takes place automatically. thomascook.in
