Hyundai have unvei led the updated Creta with aded features and bolder exterior design, priced between Rs 9.44 lakh and Rs 15.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Creta has been well-received since its arrival and the new model hopes to carry the momentum forward. The many segment-first features include the sunroof, six-way powered driver seats, and cruise control along with other innovative features such as the Smart Key Band, wireless phone charging, and AutoLink connected car technology, with standard ABS. Among the most significant changes are the redesigned front grille which now follows the Cascade Design, very prominent design cue also seen in other SUVs from the maker’s portfolio. Other new details include new projector headlamps with LED DRL, dual-tone front and rear bumpers, and front and rear skid-plates.
Powering the new Creta are some familiar engines: the 123-PS 1.6-litre petrol, the 90-PS diesel, and the 128-PS 1.6-litre diesel. A sixspeed manual gearbox is available with the option of a six-speed automatic in both petrol and diesel variants.
