Nissan Plan Product Offensive
Nissan have anounced their strategy for India that will involve everything from new launches, further strengthening of the Nissan and Datsun brands, an expanded dealer network, and improved manufacturing as well as R&D.
The product offensive will include more global models, expected to commence with the introduction of the Kicks compact SUV. The focus on electrification and connected cars has not wavered either. The Datsun brand will also be enhanced to take care of the compact segments with more value for money. The company hopes to double their sales and service touch points over the next three years from the present 270. Their first Global Digital Hub in Kerala will also expand and focus on innovations in mobility to enhance the brand’s products worldwide and in India.
