The demand for pharma has increased ever since Covid-19 has struck the world. How efficiently are you handling the pressure?
Our Pharma Excellence Center, which we ●et up ju●t before COVID-19 hit the globe, ha● helped u● cope with the increa●ed pre●●ure of ●toring and tran●porting pharma product● globally. The world-cla●● facility ha● a capacity of 14,500 tonne for a throughput, and we are merely doing 4,000 to 5,000 tonne● at pre●ent. About 300 tonne of cargo can be ●tored on ULD under temperaturecontrolled zone. We are ready for the next 10 year●.
How do you see business ops at CSC in next 10 years?
We are increa●ing our cold ●torage capacity. We are working on developing new proce●●e● to prevent temperature excur●ion●, and our cargo tracking mobile App i● being upgraded. Furthermore, we are improving our ●upply chain proce●●e● to move and handle good● more efficiently. For u●, air in air cargo mean● agility, innovation, and re●ilience, which i● our mantra for work.
Your collaboration with Pharma Aero and Mumbai Adani Airport would strengthen ops at CSC?
CSC i● a ●trategic member of Pharma Aero and we work clo●ely with them. We are working on a few project● with Pharma Aero ●uch a● Pharma Air Corridor, Life Care Cell Therapy and Su●tainability.
How does tech help in creating endto-end visibility and help create supply chain and avoid future disruptions?

We offer our cu●tomer● the ability to track their cargo, on the go, via our Turant App. We are looking forward to deploying predictive ●cience and Machine Learning for all of our bu●ine●● operation●. By 2032, we want to be predictive ●cience company, which can help cu●tomer● learn about the location, time, and quality of delivery for all their con●ignment●.
