Unveiling the nal fourteen before an eager press
The talented FOURTEEN FINALISTS of MR & MISS CITADEL PUNE 2017 were introduced to the media ahead of the grooming sessions and the grand finale of CITADEL EXTRAVAGANZA 2017. Citadel brings to its readers the key highlights of the evening.
The 15th edition of Mr & Miss Citadel Pune 2017 was a show like none other! The fourteen finalists, who dazzled the audience with their extraordinary modelling skills, were the key highlights of the extravagant show! After t he gruelling auditioning process based on height, overall personality and presence of mind, seven boys and seven girls were shortlisted from across the country and globe, including contestants from Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Bhutan, etc. The fourteen finalists were groomed by the leading talent groomer, Lovell Prabhu. Prior to the grand finale, the shortlisted handsome men and beautiful ladies were introduced to the media at Hotel Pride, one of the renowned hotels of the city. Trisha Mukherjee, the reigning Miss Citadel, anchored the spectacular evening of the press conference flawlessly. She was seen interacting with the finalists, asking them to introduce themselves to the press and esteemed guests who had attended the event.
Next, Nari Hira (Chairman, Magna Publishing Co Ltd), Ashok Dhamankar (Director, Magna Publishing Co Ltd), Rashmi Jha (Bollywood actor), and Nishad Shinde (Editor, Citadel), were called up on stage to unveil AnjKreation presents Mr & Miss Citadel Pune 2017. Post the unveiling of the beauty pageant, the finalists were invited on stage to speak a few words about themselves, and how they are planning to prepare for the contest in order to rise above their contemporaries. Moving on, Rashmi Jha, the Chief Guest, who has made her Bollywood debut in Indu Sarkar was invited on stage to interact with the finalists. The beautiful Bollywood actress was quoted saying, “There is no mantra for achieving success in life, however, success will automatically come to you if you are ready to walk the extra mile.” The event culminated with photo-ops of the finalists and dignitaries. All in all, it was a magnificent evening, setting up the stage for the D-day.
