YOGURT MANGO PARFAIT
Yogurt / Greek Yogurt / Low Fat Curd – 1 Cup Mango Cubes – 1 Cup Granola Chunks – ½ Cup Soaked Chia Seeds / Sabja – 4 Tsps Honey – Optional
Take a serving glass. Put a layer of yogurt at the bottom. Add next layer of mango cubes. Add 1 tsp of chia seeds and spread. Repeat the layers till top. Put the last layer of mangoes and chia seeds and drizzle honey over it.
