Be­san – 50 gms Onion, chopped – 40 gms To­mato, chopped – 40 gms Green Chilli, chopped – 10 gms Co­rian­der, chopped– 10 gms Haldi – 2 gms Salt – 5 gms Red Chilli Pow­der – 5 gms As­para­gus – 20 gms Oil – 20 ml

Method

Add be­san, wa­ter, salt, turmeric, and red chilli pow­der in mix­ing bowl. Take oil in a pan, and then pour the bat­ter into it just like omelette prepa­ra­tion. Sauté chopped onion, add chopped to­mato, green chilli, co­rian­der, salt and crushed black pep­per. Add grated moz­zarella cheese on top.
