(xtra- ir­gin Olive Oil (for the bak­ing sheet) – 1 tbsp Gar­ban o Beans Can (drained) – gms Onion (finely diced) – 1 Gar­lic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves /emon -uice – 1 tsp Cumin 3ow­der – tsp Co­rian­der 3ow­der – tsp Cayenne 3ow­der – tsp )lour – 2 tbsp Salt – 1 tsp 3ep­per – tsp 3ar­s­ley – 2 bunches Buns (small, for fill­ing the baked falafels) –

Method

3re­heat the oven to ). /ightly grease a cookie sheet for brown­ing the pat­ties. 3lace the beans into a large bowl and mash with a po­tato masher. dd chopped onion, minced pars­ley, gar­lic, lemon Muice, cumin, co­rian­der, cayenne pep­per, flour, salt and pep­per. Mix well. )orm into pat­ties and space out on a cookie sheet. Shape them flat on each side so that the patty sur­face touches the pan as much as pos­si­ble - for the brown­ing. Bake about ten-fif­teen min­utes on each side, for twenty-thirty min­utes to­tal, de­pend­ing on how brown you like your pat­ties. Serve on small rolls or in the buns with your favourite condi­ment hum­mus. /et­tuce is per­fect on th­ese sand­wiches too. ill pick­les on the side are clas­sic.
