,n a saucepan add wa­ter and all the spices star anise car­damoms cin­na­mon cloves and pep­per . Al­low this to boil for five min­utes. Add milk and cream and sim­mer for an­other five min­utes. As ou leave it for a long time ou get a stronger de­coc­tion. hen add in our tealeaves and keep it in the sim­mer for an­other three min­utes. ust be­fore serv­ing strain it over a teacup.
