New feedback system at HP
Hindustan Petroleum (HP) has launched a state-of-the-art fully automatic customer feedback management system, which is IT enabled. The system involves manual intervention only at the end of the process in terms of taking a corrective action. Starting from feedback collection to analysis, the system works autonomously with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning platform developed, deployed and managed by Metric Global. The system is currently operational at 400 HP pumps, and would be scaled up to 15000 pumps by the end of this year. The HP pumps where the system is operational include Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune.
