The winner this year, the Mahindra Treo Zor is a electric three wheeler that could be had as a pickup, flat bed or delivery van. Powered by a eight-kW ‘direct-drive motor that makes it very easy to pilot, the vehicle offers a payload of between 500 and 550 kg. With a GVW of 999 kg, it is equipped with a 48V Lithium-ion battery that takes three hours and 50 minutes to charge fully. An AC charger is supplied with the vehicles that makes for zero tailpipe emission and near silent operation. Of good build quality and innovative nature, the Treo Zor is finding favour with urban delivery logistics companies and e-commerce players.
