TWU partners Piaggio Vehicles

To accelerate the adoption of electric threewheelers, Three Wheels United (TWU) has partnered with Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. Aimed at helping TWU to deploy 500 Piaggio Ape’ E-City and Ape’ E-Xtra vehicles across India with immediate effect, it will be backed by the Piaggio aftersales and service network. Looked at as an assurance of high uptime, auto rickshaw drivers can look forward to the switch to sustainable last-mile transportation options from Piaggio. The company is looking to adopt an economical and highly profitable strategy going forward.
