SUCCESS STORY

-

Complainant: Ms Ashu Bhagat Complaint against: SBI Life Insurance I have a policy registered in SBI Life Insurance and was to receive the first survival benefit of Rs 10,000 on 1 January 2014. The Rajinder Nagar branch confirmed that the cheque had been dispatched to my address via EMS Speed Post. However, when I contacted EMS Speed Post service, I found out that the cheque had been returned as they could not locate the address. I requested SBI Life to deposit the sum in my bank account. This is yet to be done though it has been over two weeks.

Even if the product/service is not that great, great customer support can win over people. Customer care is a crucial element of business success. Every contact your customer has with your business is an opportunity for you to improve your reputation with them and increase the likelihood of further sales.
