CONSUMER COMPLAINT

I bought five King Long buses from JCBL and faced a lot of problems. Because the buses were imported from China, their spare parts were not available with JCBL and most of the time my buses were out of operation, causing losses.

Where can I lodge a formal complaint against poor product and service?
