I am writing this mail in great agony to highlight my plight as an MTNL customer. I am following up with various divisions within MTNL for rectifying a perpetual defect in the broadband line, but nobody cares a hoot about this. My broadband connection has not been working fine for so many years, but nobody has delivered a permanent solution. I am paying money for something that I am unable to use for so long. Owing to this unprofessional attitude of MTNL staff, I have incurred monetary loss as inconsistent Internet hampers my work. Hereby I am requesting you to intervene in this matter and get the issue addressed effectively.
