Com­plainant: Tapas Gan­gopad­hyay

Com­plaint against: GTPL-KCBPL Dig­i­tal Ca­ble TV The com­plainant’s griev­ance was that he was nei­ther get­ting monthly bills nor the re­cep­tion of chan­nels was good. He was pay­ing Rs 325 as monthly sub­scrip­tion charges. He had writ­ten to the com­pany but did not re­ceive any re­sponse.

Voice Ac­tion

We took up the mat­ter with the ser­vice provider and ap­prised them of the billing and trans­mis­sion prob­lem of the com­plainant and re­quested for im­me­di­ate res­o­lu­tion. The com­pany re­sponded to our mail and the com­plainant was con­tacted by their rep­re­sen­ta­tives, who promised to re­solve the is­sue af­ter con­tact­ing the ser­vice provider.
