I have a two years’ warranty policy for a Samsung mobile handset. Last month the phone stopped charging properly and I gave it for repair at the company’s service centre. The handset was returned but the problem was not fixed. When I complained, they kept the phone in service centre and then returned without fixing the problem – their delivery boy had witnessed the problem and agreed it was not fixed. At present the phone is in the same condition and I wonder if the company will fix it under its warranty – they may again keep it at the service centre and return the same without repairing.
