Com­plaint against: Air­cel/Voda­fone In Jan­uary 2014 I had bought a new pre­paid Air­cel con­nec­tion in the name of my wife un­der porta­bil­ity from Voda­fone. How­ever, since pur­chase there has been no in­com­ing on my phone; out­go­ing fa­cil­ity is there. Strangely, the server says that the num­ber does not ex­ist. I have made sev­eral com­plaints but there has been no res­o­lu­tion.
