What If the Will Is Lost?

Mere loss of the original will does not operate a revocation but it has to be inferring by the stringent evidence to prove its revocabili­ty and a testator must show the genuine reasons for the loss of the will. Once it is proved that an original will is lost, then the ‘subsequent will’ will be valid.
