CONSUMER COMPLAINT
I am facing major issues with the Voltas air conditioner I bought from Croma retail store. I had even even paid extra for two years’ extended warranty. The AC malfunctioned on the installation day itself and Croma replaced the faulty AC with the new one only after constant follow-ups for over a month. However, the other AC also stopped working within a day of installation and now I am yet to hear from the company. I want the retailer to replace the faulty AC with any other brand.
