Complainant: Bhaskar Gupta Complaint against: Indane Gas I have been a consumer of Indane for the last few years with Sona Enterprises, Masoodpur, Delhi. My connection was transferred without any intimation to Arjun Gas Agency, Munirka. That was not a feasible arrangement for me. I had registered a complaint and was assured of a call-back within 48 hours. However, I am yet to receive any such call that may resolve the issue. Only a few field officers of Indane are helpful and most do not even bother to pick up calls. I have been trying to get in touch with the new agency for a refill, but there is no response from their office. I want my connection to go back to Sona Enterprises.
