Overall Satisfaction

In our survey, ‘overall satisfaction’ with the broadband services achieved a mean score of 6.08 on a scale of 1 to 10 in all the eight cities.

As per the analysis, Airtel tops the list with a mean score of 7.56 on the overall quality of broadband. The results of the Games Howell test further reveal that Airtel is significantly different from other providers in case of overall satisfaction. The rest seven operators have performed below average.
