Complaint against: New Mobile Care India I had purchased a Micromax A102 in May 2014 and had taken its two-year insurance from New Mobile Care India. The phone started developing problems of automatic restart, so I submitted the same with the company for repairing in July 2014. I was supposed to get the phone back within a week, but it did not happen even after a month.
Voice contacted the company and the complainant received his phone in satisfactory condition in two days.
