COMPLAINT

I wish to reiterate that despite my repeated follow-ups with the DDA office to allow conversion of my property from leasehold to freehold, I have failed to receive any satisfactory reply. After my last visit to their office, I was given verbal assurance that they would be expediting the matter. However, nothing has moved since then. I visited their office several more times but nothing has moved as yet. I have furnished all required documents and made all payments as directed by the office. I, being a senior citizen, have my own limitations and have already spent considerable time and energy trying to get things moving. I hereby request your immediate intervention Vishwa Pal Chopra
