My com­plaint is against ANAS Hand­i­craft. I had or­dered a sofa set and dining ta­ble of shee­sham wood which was de­liv­ered af­ter a month. How­ever, they de­liv­ered the wood items with­out any pol­ish; the glass top for the dining ta­ble was oval-shaped in­stead of be­ing rec­tan­gle; and the up­hol­stery for dining chairs was dif­fer­ent from that of the sofa. They had ba­si­cally al­tered the whole or­der. When we raised th­ese is­sues at the time of de­liv­ery, we were told that they would ad­dress all our is­sues within seven days. How­ever, it has been over a month and we are yet to hear from the com­pany. When­ever we call them to fol­low up, they keep giv­ing us ex­cuses and fix an­other date only to for­get again. Since we have al­ready paid them the whole amount (Rs 53,000), are there any op­tions left with us to get th­ese things done?
