I was using the Rs 49 rental plan of Vodafone. However, the company itself changed the plan to Rs 199 rental without informing me or taking my consent. When I visited a Vodafone store on 2 April 2015, I was told that the concerned person from customer care would get in touch with me. I still await that call. On the contrary, when I called the customer care several times, I was told to send an email. Until today there has been no response to my email either.

Sampa Ghosh Any change of plan without explicit consent of the subscriber is unfair trade practice intended to make money by foul means. The consumer needs prompt attention and the company must revert to the plan of his choice.
