Com­plainant: Dhi­raj Chaturvedi Com­plaint against: Idea Cel­lu­lar I have been us­ing Idea con­nec­tion for the last four years and was pay­ing the bills on time. Out of the blue, they changed my plan with­out in­form­ing me and also charged me for the same. I am not li­able to make pay­ment for a plan that I had not opted for or con­firmed. I re­quest Idea to re­verse the bill.

Voice Ac­tion

Con­sumer Voice wrote to the com­pany and asked them to look into the com­plaint and do the need­ful. The mat­ter was sub­se­quently re­solved to the cus­tomer’s sat­is­fac­tion.
