With RTI India Mobile, you can access rtiindia. org directly from your Android devices. Be active and participate in the Right to Information (RTI) movement, which already has 400,000 members. Features include RTI application directly from your mobile and facility to upload images and videos relating to Right to Information directly from your mobile camera. It allows one to send and receive messages to and from RTI activists/members. A newcomer can get instant help on matters of RTI through its active discussion forums. The app also has blog posts and articles by members.

With this app, a voter can check whether his/ her name has been included in the electoral roll of the constituency. One can also find information on the polling station by using this application. The application uses SMS service for getting information. The user will be charged for SMS as per their mobile operator tariff.

8. eHospital Online Registration

Online Registration System (ORS) is a framework to link various hospitals across the country for Aadhaar-based online registration and appointment system, where counter-based OPD registration and appointment system through Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) has been digitalised.

This app is hosted on the cloud services of National Informatics Centre (NIC). The portal facilitates online appointments with various departments of different hospitals using eKYC data of the Aadhaar number, if a patient’s mobile number is registered with Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). In case their mobile number is not registered with UIDAI, it uses patient’s name and date of birth. New patients can get appointment as well as a Unique Health Identification (UHID) number. If the Aadhaar number is already linked with the UHID number, then appointment number will be given and the UHID will remain same.

9. DGFT App

Developed by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), the app allows exporters and importers to access the foreign trade policy and other related documents in an easy-to-use searchable format. Traders can track the status of their applications in addition to export figures and duty rates, among other things.
