Anushri Shrivastava While doing an online 3G Internet recharge from Idea Cellular’s website, the amount was deducted twice. Please advise how to get a refund. You may write to the appellate authority of Idea and ask how double charges have been billed, and also make a formal request for a refund. In order to support your claim, attach/share your transaction details. If there is a technical mistake, the company will verify at their end and reverse the excess charge.
