Complainant: Joseph Complaint against: India Today Group I am really concerned that I have not been getting Business Today magazine since July 2015 though I had renewed my subscription. The subscription is valid until July 2016.

We took up the matter with India Today Group and requested them to check their records to settle the complaint. We received a mail from them stating, “We have taken a note of your grievance and will strongly take up the matter with the postal authorities. Meanwhile, to compensate for the non-delivery of the magazines, we have extended the subscription by 03 issues.”
