COMPLAINT

-

I had ordered for Sony’s 10,000 milli-Ampere hour (mAh) power bank from AskMe Bazar online store. They sent me a 9,000 mAh Samsung power bank, instead. I wrote to them about their mistake, but they have not been responding to my mails. I called the customer care and I was asked for my bank details, where they could refund the amount paid. Please advise if I should share my bank details with them. Atis Biswas The bank details should be given after proper verification and obtaining confirmation about the refund of the amount by a specific date so that if they fail to refund, you will have a good case against them. Note that every communication with the company should be in writing and telephonic conversation.
