What about the Interest Rate?

There is no fixed interest rate for MUDRA loans. Banks are charging at base rate + 1% to 7% minimum. The interest rate can be higher according to risk and customer profile, and it can be different in each bank. So, it is advisable to check the nearest bank branches once, before applying for a MUDRA loan.
