Newspaper advertisements published by public limited companies inviting deposits from public/ shareholders are in pursuance to Section 73 (2) (a) and Section 76 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and read with Rule 4 (2) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014.
