Physical Observations/Tests

Physical observations on the 10 samples were made by laboratory scientists. The oil has to be clear and free of rancidity, adulterants, sediments, suspended and other foreign matter, separated water and added colouring and flavouring substances. All brands scored equally well on this parameter.
