• Energy declaration was highest in Gaia (401.9 kcal per 100 grams) and lowest in Bagrry’s (352.0 kcal per 100 grams). Consumption of 100 grams of Kaleva Aloo Wafers means one-fourth of daily requirement of energy has been met for a man engaged in sedentary work. • Protein declaration was highest in Gaia (10.54 per cent) and lowest in Kellogg’s (7.5 per cent). Dietary fibre declaration was highest in Bagrry’s (7.3 per cent) and lowest in Kellogg’s (4.25 per cent).
