My Report Card
Sunday night means going through the photographs. Too much fructose, I cringe. Too many carbs at night. And more than a few moments when long gaps between meals have broken my no- snacks resolve. Overall, though, I am not too distraught. Much thought has already gone into my diet and it is healthier than my self- censuring streak led me to believe. I now know exactly what sweeping modifications need to be made, without sweating the small stuff.
